Guayaco has been promoted to Specialist on the NextGen ProfitMax/CPS team reporting to Mr Clean. Guayaco stepped up in a critical role and made exceptional contributions towards the DB reduction strategy and de-aggregation work for the CPS Batch module. He gained respect from the team and established a good rapport with the Business and soon became the "go to" person by ensuring timely follow-up and feedback. In his new role, Guayaco will be challenged with learning DB2and ProfitMax backend processes to be effective in undertaking integration work between the CPS and ProfitMax applications. His expertise will also be further called upon for CPS batch re-write. Beyond that, Guayaco will also continue to grow his knowledge of JAVA and Nexaweb technologies and contribute in development of CPS / PM Administration application UI screens.
